Hi All!

Need your help on what the correct part number should be for my snap-in-adapter. Details are as follows:

1. Car is a 2006 M5 (E60) WITHOUT Aux-In
2. Phone is an iPhone 3GS (OS ver- 3.1.2)
3. I have the eject box and thus need ONLY the snap-in adapter

Now the issue is, I have seen so many different part numbers for the adapter. Eg, if you see the link:

It is says "Vehicle must be equipped with BMW Assist (SA639) with Bluetooth wireless technology." and is part # 84109 182792. I do not have BMW Assist in my vehicle.

Now I had seen another official BMW page, without BMW Assist as a pre-requisite but cannot locate it.

Does anyone have a clear picture on this? And what the part number I should be looking for is and preferably a link to the official bmw page, where I could see the details?

Have you tried sifting through realoem.com? Might help.
