How to Drift like a Pro!!

I am sure most of you have watched this clip before:
I was wondering whether anyone here can comment on how this kind of drifting is exactly done.... I assume it is done only in M-Mode. What are the best recommended settings, if in M-Mode? What to keep in mind? How to initiate drift and how to rev through the drift; etc etc etc.....
Can anyone give a full clarification of how it is done?
I am sure the whole forum would appreciate it.
