Thanks Paulie,

im not an expert at this, i took my car last night to a bmw mechanic that will be doing the harder to do maintenance work on my car like the fuel filter differential etc etc. he fixed that in a heart beat he actually removed the accordion pieces took the screws out lifted the glass out and put it back on tracks i actually helped him level it flat to the roof while he was putting the screws back on we tightened and waala 20 bucks tip well spent, BMW dealer said most likely would have to replace the whole thing because its broken hahahah! I hate STEALERSHIPS!

Sorry about that. It seems like you did everything right though. $20 is a good price to pay for that.

that is because it is not locked in to the accordian pieces. if you remove them, slide the headliner forward some (leave yourself room to put the pieces back in) then install the rear part of the accordian into its channel and then snap the front into place

Whoa Paulie Walnuts, what are you talking about? accordians, locks, clips..lol, i have no idea about howto do any of this ;) Thanks though!

its all there, he's actually right, you just have to remove the accordion looking pieces i would remove everything realign the glass have someone hold it on the outisde and tighten from the inside.

if i had to do it all again i would know how.

thanks again paulie
