can you clay your clear-bra on your cars? My clear bra has a lot of hard water spots and I first, wanted to try 50/50 water/vinegar. If that didn't work, then I was going to clay the car and if that didn't work, then I was going to try polish.
Also, any recommendations on paint cleaners?
Thanks You

its going to depend on the clear film, some are so soft that if you clay them (Clay being an abrasive) it will scratch it and you won't be able to fix it, some you will be able to.
but I would check with your certified installer.

I'm not to sure about those clear bras, i've never personally had one, but I don't think that claying it will remove those water spots. Your going to need a good chemical polish. But i dunno, try the water & vinegar mix, see if it works and let us know.
As per the paint cleaner, I would have to say Klasse AIO is my favorite. It's a chemical cleaner, you can put in on anything (glass, trim, headlights, etc) easy on/off, and it's acrylic based so you can layer whatever you want on top of it.

Keep the clay away from the clear bra. Bad idea
Wrong - clay the clear bra just like you do the entire car. I have had clear bra for 2 years - love it. Manufacturer advises to clay it and the installer did as well. I have been doing it twice yearly with no problems and it looks great..... I have the Venture Shield.. Dallas Texas
