for swirls and imperfections are you guys going to step up to the Porter Cable or Flex Kits?

Porter cable kit for newbies.

Porter Cable for intermediate or advance users

How long were the waterspots on the car for if its bad you will have to compound/polish them out.

Everyone should own an Orbital. It's a must. As for Menzerna, nothing beats it. Period! I've done Zaino, Mothers, Meguiars, etc.. Menzerna is the real deal!

Is there one you or Pyiu can recommend. Reading through this thread got me interested in detailing. I've watched a few youtube videos and when driving a black car, you really want it to shine as much as possible.

Also, do you need more than one pad for an orbital b/c each pad should be for different uses? Will the pads be universal? Is a pad for a clay bar different? I'm still learning a lot, but definitely would appreciate you gurus answering some of my basic questions.

Yeah to the clay definitely can use hand. I was more concern with polish and wax b/c I think the PC will clean it off better and with less energy
