Gilmour Foamaster II settings? Which to use?

I just got my gilmour and wanted to see which setting you guys use? I have the one with the dials instead of the older one where you move a brass tube. I am using the Adam's Car Wash. Thanks.

It depends on what car shampoo/soap you use. I use the setting with the most suds.
