Whats up E60 family,
Im about to embark on a life changing decison. I am thinking of getting rid of my 07 5series for either a 08 7series, 08 S550, or 08 Lexus, LS460. Im not sure which way to go. I see the pics of the 09 7series and i am not to keen on it, maybe once i see it in person at my local dealer it'll look better. I really like the S550 but its a mercedes (the competition). Lastly i like the lexus ls460 but theres nothing like driving european enginuity. The inside of the lexus is by far the nicest of all the three. So im confused. Side note, im getting ride of my yukon for the wife's 08 VW toureg 2. So im up in the air on the car. if you guys can lend me some input and first hand experience that would help. Thanks ahead of time..

all really nice cars with all really diff rides, the best and only advise I can give you is to go and drive all 3, and see which one you like the best, coming from a 525 the power in all of them will be obscene. P.s thos are all awesome cars

That is a tough call. I to would say go drive them all. I looked at all 3 before I got my 750. I came out of a 07 530xi. The Merc has great lines and fancy options inside the car but drives like a big car. The Lexus is for old people imo. None of them handle like the bimmer. My dad has the s550 and my grandfather has the LS470. But you have to decide what is more important to you and your lifestyle. The 750 had enough bells and whistles for my liking. Good luck.

my first choice would be LS460L ( make sure you get the touring package ) then the 550. stay away from the E65/66

The LS seems like an oversized Camry to me personally, Id go for the S550

- Wald LS460L or Toms LS460L
- S63 AMG
- Regular 09 7 series.
